Dental Implant Marketing, Measured in Seated Cases

Know what a seated case cost you. Not what a lead cost.

Implant marketing is judged on consults booked. The money is made or lost in the gap between the consult and the day the patient says yes.

The problem

The consult is not the case.

You can fill a schedule with implant consults and have a bad quarter.

Some never showed. Some were quoted and went quiet. Some were shopping three practices and chose on price. Your marketing report counted all of them the day they booked, and never went back to check which ones became surgery.

So the campaign that produces cheap consults looks like your best one, even when almost none of them seat.

The difference

We follow the case to the chair.

We do not sell marketing services. We fix the system that turns demand into revenue, and we instrument it so a seated case can be traced back to the ad, the page and the call that started it.

That produces cost per seated case, and it separates single-tooth work from full-arch — because a $4,000 case and a $30,000 case should never share an average.

It also shows you where the drop happens: booked but not shown, shown but not accepted, accepted but not scheduled.

What gets instrumented

Four connected capabilities, not a list of tactics.

SMART Click

Paid demand aimed at people already researching implants, not general dentistry awareness.

SMART Search

Organic and local visibility for the searches that run for weeks before anyone calls.

SMART Receptionist

Voice-enabled conversational AI that answers, qualifies the case and books the consult.

SMART Insights

The business intelligence layer that joins call data, ad platforms, forms and seated cases into one record per patient.

How the record gets built, stage by stage

Who this is for

Implant practices past $1M with consults already coming in.

General practices placing implants, implant-focused practices, and full-arch centres.

It is not for a practice trying to create demand from nothing. We fix capture, not existence.

The proof

What this has produced elsewhere.

We do not publish client names. The results page carries the cases we can show — and when you are ready to confirm them, we will put you in direct contact with an owner in a business like yours.

Straight answers

Questions implant practices ask first.

Are you a dental implant marketing agency?

No. An agency sells services and reports on activity. We build and instrument the system that turns existing demand into seated cases, then hand you the record that proves which marketing produced them. If what you want is someone to run ads and send a monthly report, we are the wrong call.

We already track consults booked. Is that not enough?

It tells you the top of the funnel is working. It says nothing about the part that pays. Two practices can book the same number of consults and seat wildly different numbers of cases, and the difference is usually in follow-up and case presentation rather than in the ads.

Can you tell single-tooth cases from full-arch?

Yes, and you should insist on it. Averaging a single-implant case with a full-arch case produces a cost per case that describes neither and will point you at the wrong campaign.

Our consults book but do not show. Is that marketing?

It is spend you already made, so yes. No-shows are one of the largest silent losses in implant practices and they are almost never attributed back to the campaign that produced them. Once they are in the record you can see which sources produce consults that actually turn up.

How do you handle patient privacy?

SmartXperiences can configure HIPAA-supporting call-tracking workflows for healthcare clients. We operate under a Business Associate Agreement with our call-tracking provider and execute a Business Associate Agreement directly with each practice before processing protected health information. HIPAA compliance is a shared responsibility. SmartXperiences manages the call-tracking systems and workflows within our control; each practice remains responsible for its own privacy policies, workforce practices, authorizations, and legal compliance.

How do you measure campaign performance without sharing patient information?

Attribution needs to know which campaign produced a qualified call—not who the caller is or why they called. Calls are matched to campaigns and scored inside the call-tracking platform. Advertising platforms receive only the conversion data approved for the engagement—not call recordings, transcripts, or information provided by the caller. That gives Google and Meta a conversion signal they can optimize against. The configuration is verified for each engagement before patient calls are recorded.

What does it cost?

We set scope after the audit, not before it. The assessment is free. The audit is priced after the assessment, and the audit fee is credited toward your build.

Can I talk to a practice you have worked with?

Yes. We do not publish client names — we own the story, we do not own the brand. When you are ready to confirm what you have read, we will put you in direct contact with an owner in a practice like yours. They have already agreed to take the call.
