Plastic surgery
The consult is not the sale. Measure what booked the surgery.
Cash-pay procedures are researched for months and decided in a room. SmartXperiences instruments the whole path, so you know which marketing produced the booking.
The problem
Months of research, one conversation, and no record of either.
Nobody books a procedure on impulse. They read, compare, look at galleries, lurk on forums and sit on it — sometimes for a year.
By the time they fill in a form, every ad platform window that could have credited the work has closed. The enquiry gets logged as direct or organic, and the campaign that actually started it looks like it produced nothing.
Then the consultation happens, and whether it converts is treated as a separate matter entirely — as if the marketing and the room were unrelated.
The difference
We keep the record open across the research window and into the room.
We do not sell marketing services. We fix the system that turns demand into revenue, and we instrument it so a booked procedure can be traced back to first touch, however long ago that was.
That gives you cost per booked procedure by procedure type, and consult-to-surgery conversion by source — which is how you find out that one channel sends people who convert at twice the rate of another at the same cost.
Paid consultations, deposits and no-shows all sit in the same record.
What gets instrumented
Four connected capabilities, not a list of tactics.
SMART Click
Paid demand aimed at people in the research window, not just the ones ready to book this week.
SMART Search
Organic and local visibility for the procedure research that happens long before any enquiry.
SMART Receptionist
Voice-enabled conversational AI that answers, qualifies interest and books the consultation.
SMART Insights
The business intelligence layer that joins call data, ad platforms, forms and booked procedures into one record per patient.
Who this is for
Aesthetic and reconstructive practices past $1M with enquiries already coming in.
Single-surgeon practices, multi-surgeon groups, and surgical practices with a non-surgical arm.
It is not for a practice trying to create demand from nothing. We fix capture, not existence.
The proof
What this has produced elsewhere.
We do not publish client names. The results page carries the cases we can show — and when you are ready to confirm them, we will put you in direct contact with an owner in a business like yours.
Straight answers
Questions surgical practices ask first.
Are you a plastic surgery marketing agency?
No. An agency sells services and reports on activity. We build and instrument the system that turns existing demand into booked procedures, then hand you the record that proves which marketing produced them. If what you want is someone to run ads and send a monthly report, we are the wrong call.
Our patients research for six months or more. Does attribution survive that?
Not in an ad platform, which is why so much aesthetic enquiry gets filed as direct. We hold the record open from first touch to booking, so the campaign that started someone thinking about it still gets credit when they book.
We measure consultations. Why is that not the right number?
Because two sources can deliver the same number of consultations and convert at completely different rates. Judged on consultations you would fund both equally. Judged on booked surgery you would not.
Can you separate surgical from non-surgical?
Yes, and it matters. Injectables and surgery have different tickets, different repeat behaviour and different buyers. Blended, they produce a cost per enquiry that misrepresents both.
How do you handle patient privacy?
SmartXperiences can configure HIPAA-supporting call-tracking workflows for healthcare clients. We operate under a Business Associate Agreement with our call-tracking provider and execute a Business Associate Agreement directly with each practice before processing protected health information. HIPAA compliance is a shared responsibility. SmartXperiences manages the call-tracking systems and workflows within our control; each practice remains responsible for its own privacy policies, workforce practices, authorizations, and legal compliance.
How do you measure campaign performance without sharing patient information?
Attribution needs to know which campaign produced a qualified call—not who the caller is or why they called. Calls are matched to campaigns and scored inside the call-tracking platform. Advertising platforms receive only the conversion data approved for the engagement—not call recordings, transcripts, or information provided by the caller. That gives Google and Meta a conversion signal they can optimize against. The configuration is verified for each engagement before patient calls are recorded.
What does it cost?
We set scope after the audit, not before it. The assessment is free. The audit is priced after the assessment, and the audit fee is credited toward your build.
Can I talk to a practice you have worked with?
Yes. We do not publish client names — we own the story, we do not own the brand. When you are ready to confirm what you have read, we will put you in direct contact with an owner in a practice like yours. They have already agreed to take the call.
