Electrician Marketing That Measures the Jobs That Pay

Your service calls are hiding the jobs that pay.

Panel upgrades, whole-home rewires, service changes and EV infrastructure carry the margin. SmartXperiences measures them separately from the trouble calls that fill the day.

Most electrical contractor marketing is reported in leads and cost per lead. We report what each panel upgrade, rewire and EV install cost to win, and which channel produced it.

The problem

One bucket, two completely different businesses.

A dead outlet and a whole-home rewire come through the same number, the same form and the same ad account. At the point of booking they look identical.

One of them pays for an hour. The other pays for a week. Your marketing report counts them as one lead each, so the channel producing cheap trouble calls looks like your most efficient one.

Scale on that and you buy more days full of small work and wonder why revenue did not follow.

More on measuring this: electrical contractor marketing ROI.

The difference

We measure the project work on its own terms.

We do not sell marketing services. We fix the system that turns demand into revenue, and we instrument it so a panel upgrade, a rewire or an EV install can be traced back to the ad, the page and the call that produced it.

That gives you cost per project job separately from cost per service call — and once those two numbers sit side by side, most contractors find they have been funding the wrong one.

Service work still matters. It just stops distorting the average.

What gets instrumented

Four connected capabilities, not a list of tactics.

SMART Click

Paid demand aimed at planned electrical work — panels, rewires, service upgrades, EV — not only emergency trouble calls.

SMART Search

Organic and local visibility for the research homeowners do before a planned upgrade.

SMART Receptionist

Voice-enabled conversational AI that answers, qualifies the scope and books while your crew is on a ladder.

SMART Insights

The business intelligence layer that joins call data, ad platforms, forms and closed invoices into one record per customer.

Who this is for

Electrical contractors past $1M doing real project work.

Residential service and upgrade work, commercial service, panel and EV infrastructure, or a mix.

It is not for a shop running entirely on low-ticket trouble calls, and not for a new business trying to create demand from zero.

The proof

What this has produced elsewhere.

We do not publish client names. The results page carries the cases we can show — and when you are ready to confirm them, we will put you in direct contact with an owner in a business like yours.

Straight answers

Questions electrical contractors ask first.

Are you an electrician marketing agency?

No. An agency sells services and reports on activity. We build and instrument the system that turns existing demand into booked revenue, then hand you the record that proves which marketing produced it. If what you want is someone to run ads and send a monthly report, we are the wrong call.

Can you actually separate project work from service calls?

That is the point of instrumenting it. The record follows the job to the invoice, so a rewire and a trouble call never share an average. Most contractors have never seen those two numbers apart.

We get plenty of calls. Why would we need this?

Volume is not the problem in most electrical businesses. The mix is. If your cheapest channel is filling the calendar with hour-long jobs, more of it makes the year worse, and a cost-per-lead report will never tell you that.

Do you do electrician SEO, or just paid?

Both, but neither is the product. What you are buying is the record that tells you which one produced the work worth having.

We already use a tracking number. Is that not the same thing?

A tracking number tells you a call came from a source. It does not tell you whether the call became a job, what the job was worth, or what it cost to win. The number is one input. The join is the product.

What does it cost?

We set scope after the audit, not before it. The assessment is free. The audit is priced after the assessment, and the audit fee is credited toward your build.

Can I talk to an electrical contractor you have worked with?

Yes. We do not publish client names — we own the story, we do not own the brand. When you are ready to confirm what you have read, we will put you in direct contact with an owner in a business like yours. They have already agreed to take the call.
