These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
