Cosmetic dentistry
Elective, cash-pay, and shopped for months. Track it that way.
Nobody decides on veneers in an afternoon. SmartXperiences holds the record across the research window and shows what an accepted case actually cost to win.
The problem
The decision happens long before the phone call.
A smile makeover is a discretionary five-figure purchase. People save for it, look at before-and-after galleries for months, ask in forums and compare three practices.
When they finally call, every attribution window that could have credited your work has closed. The enquiry is logged as direct, and the content that actually did the convincing looks like it produced nothing.
Then the case is presented, and acceptance is treated as a clinical matter rather than a marketing one — even though the two are the same funnel.
The difference
We measure to the accepted case.
We do not sell marketing services. We fix the system that turns demand into revenue, and we instrument it so an accepted case traces back to first touch, however long the research took.
That produces cost per accepted case rather than cost per enquiry, and consultation-to-acceptance rate by source — which routinely separates two channels that looked identical on lead volume.
Financing conversations and deferred cases stay in the record instead of falling out of it.
What gets instrumented
Four connected capabilities, not a list of tactics.
SMART Click
Paid demand aimed at people in the research window, not general dental awareness.
SMART Search
Organic and local visibility for gallery, price and comparison searches.
SMART Receptionist
Voice-enabled conversational AI that answers, qualifies the case and books the consultation.
SMART Insights
The business intelligence layer that joins call data, ad platforms, forms and accepted cases into one record per patient.
Who this is for
Cosmetic-focused practices past $1M with enquiries already coming in.
Veneers, smile makeovers, full-mouth reconstruction, and practices with a significant elective share.
It is not for a practice trying to create demand from nothing. We fix capture, not existence.
The proof
What this has produced elsewhere.
We do not publish client names. The results page carries the cases we can show — and when you are ready to confirm them, we will put you in direct contact with an owner in a business like yours.
Straight answers
Questions cosmetic practices ask first.
Are you a cosmetic dentistry marketing agency?
No. An agency sells services and reports on activity. We build and instrument the system that turns existing demand into accepted cases, then hand you the record that proves which marketing produced them. If what you want is someone to run ads and send a monthly report, we are the wrong call.
Most of our enquiries say they found us on Google. Is that not attribution?
It is a self-report at the end of a long path, and it is usually wrong. People remember the last step. The gallery post they saw four months earlier is what did the work, and only the record shows it.
Case acceptance is a clinical conversation. How is that marketing?
It is the last stage of the same funnel. If one source sends people who accept at twice the rate of another, that is not a clinical difference, it is a difference in who you attracted. You can only see it if acceptance is attributed back to source.
Can you separate single-veneer work from full makeovers?
Yes, and blending them is a common way to misread a campaign. The tickets and the decision cycles are different.
How do you handle patient privacy?
SmartXperiences can configure HIPAA-supporting call-tracking workflows for healthcare clients. We operate under a Business Associate Agreement with our call-tracking provider and execute a Business Associate Agreement directly with each practice before processing protected health information. HIPAA compliance is a shared responsibility. SmartXperiences manages the call-tracking systems and workflows within our control; each practice remains responsible for its own privacy policies, workforce practices, authorizations, and legal compliance.
How do you measure campaign performance without sharing patient information?
Attribution needs to know which campaign produced a qualified call—not who the caller is or why they called. Calls are matched to campaigns and scored inside the call-tracking platform. Advertising platforms receive only the conversion data approved for the engagement—not call recordings, transcripts, or information provided by the caller. That gives Google and Meta a conversion signal they can optimize against. The configuration is verified for each engagement before patient calls are recorded.
What does it cost?
We set scope after the audit, not before it. The assessment is free. The audit is priced after the assessment, and the audit fee is credited toward your build.
Can I talk to a practice you have worked with?
Yes. We do not publish client names — we own the story, we do not own the brand. When you are ready to confirm what you have read, we will put you in direct contact with an owner in a practice like yours. They have already agreed to take the call.
